Civil Litigation

royal_courts_justice_smlCivil litigation is litigation between individuals about civil rights, these can be anything from disputes about a debt, disputes about peoples actions, disputes about any matter which involves one person and another or a business and a person or two businesses.

Civil litigation is handled in the Courts and Tribunals and depending on the type of dispute there are often specialist Tribunals.

Civil litigation also includes actions in the Courts at all levels from the County Court up through and including the Supreme Court (formally known as the House of Lords).
